- A lot of context is missing. It would be better if we provided both tangible evidence from the market research report and examples to help the audience, hiring managers, and potential clients have a full picture.
- There’s no catchy hook at the beginning. There’s no clear structure for the case study.
- When speaking about the value offered by competitors it would make sense to include snapshots and screenshots of these value-adding features deployed by different competitors.
- Use visual maps and illustrations. Also, include snapshots of the final designed solution or the requested features.

No User Research was conducted.
Pure quantitative market research report that’s full of stats about the market, but it didn’t take into account any close look into the potential customer's characteristics.
High burn rate over business model innovation.
There was no business model innovation. The competitive strategy was to imitate competitors, putting all their various features in one place and relying heavily on marketing and discounts to attract customers.
